Office Projects Description

Project Office is responsible for Managing Proposed Projects Pipeline. The office performs this by scoring proposals, ensuring that the project aligns to the University vision and strategy and selecting the best projects.
The office has also the responsibility of developing project planning and implementation methodologies, Tools, policies and procedures for Managing Projects effectively and efficiently. The office also provides project management trainings to the project managers and the key staffs to ensure project management process is being followed by all the project managers in the university.
